About Project DEO

Dignify. Elevate. Outcomes.

We restore dignity, uplift communities, and create long-term opportunity for vulnerable Malaysians — the patient with nowhere safe to recover, and the young person leaving care with no one in their corner.

Our story

Project DEO began with a simple, uncomfortable observation: people were staying in hospital beds not because they were still sick, but because they had nowhere safe and affordable to recover. Meanwhile, young people were leaving orphanages at 18 with talent, drive, and no runway.

Both are gaps the system wasn't built to catch. So we built a bridge — connecting hospitals, care centres, training institutes, and corporate partners around one goal: better outcomes for the people most easily overlooked.

Our mission

Provide subsidised post-hospitalisation care and education pathways for Malaysians in need — with dignity at the centre of every decision.

Our approach

We don't work alone. We coordinate a network of partners so every ringgit and every hour of care goes further than it could on its own.

What we stand for

Dignify

Every person we serve is treated as a person first — never a case number.

Elevate

We don't hand out short-term fixes — we build ladders to long-term independence.

Outcomes

We measure success by lives changed and beds freed — not activity for its own sake.
